SHIPPING POLICY

At Delore, we want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

UK Shipping

  • Cost: FREE on all UK orders
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Carrier: EVRI / tracked courier
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on your location)
  • Regions: We ship to most countries in the EU, US, Canada, and Australia
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
  • Tracking: All international orders are sent with tracking

Important Information for International Customers

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping or handling costs from the refund.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential charges.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at delorecontact@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll make sure you're looked after.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
