RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your Delore order. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at delorecontact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return confirmation and instructions
  3. Post the item back to the address we provide
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it
  • Original shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or size? Email us at delorecontact@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange for you, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items not in their original packaging

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please check with your bank first (processing times vary). If you still haven't received it, email us and we'll sort it out.
