Orders & Shipping
How long does UK delivery take? UK orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. All orders include free tracked shipping.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to most countries including the EU, US, Canada, and Australia. International delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Are there any extra charges for international orders? International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? Check your tracking link first. If your order is past the expected delivery window, email us at delorecontact@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and get it sorted for you.

What are the shield backpacks made from? Our shield backpacks are crafted from durable PU leather with precision stitching. They're designed for everyday use — perfect for school, college, travel, and completing your daily fit.
What can the shield backpack fit? The backpack fits your daily essentials including a 13" laptop, books, chargers, a water bottle, and more. It's designed to be lightweight and practical while looking like nothing else out there.
What does "Detachable Logo" mean on the hoodie? Our Detachable Logo Hoodie features a removable logo patch. You can switch colours or remove it entirely, giving you multiple looks from one hoodie.
Are your products true to size? Yes. Our hoodies are true to size with a slightly oversized streetwear fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with your usual size for the intended relaxed fit.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? We offer a 14-day return window. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Email us at delorecontact@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
How do I return an item? Email us at delorecontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Who pays for return shipping? Return postage is covered by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn't go missing.
What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll replace it or refund you.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Do you restock sold-out items? Our drops are limited edition. Once a colourway or design sells out, it won't be restocked. If you want it, don't wait.
