Shipping policy

UK Shipping
Cost: £4.99, or FREE on orders over £80. Delivery: 3–5 business days. Covers UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery: 7–14 business days depending on location. All international orders are tracked.

Duties and Import Taxes
For most countries, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. In a small number of countries where we can't collect these at checkout, local import charges may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Parcels refused for unpaid customs charges may be returned to us, and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items are dispatched on the date shown on the product page. If anything changes, we'll email you.

Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed the next working day.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email delorecontact@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
